When you enquire or book a lesson we may collect your name, email address, phone number if provided, preferred lesson, preferred dates, and the message content you send. Server logs may collect IP address and basic browser data for security.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this information to respond to enquiries, schedule lessons, issue confirmations, process refunds where applicable, and improve classroom operations. We process data because you request a service, because we have a contract with you, or where we have a legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute resolution. Student attendance records for paid lessons are retained up to seven years for business records.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with email or hosting providers who process data on our instructions, or when required by Hong Kong law.

International transfers
