Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to training seats and appointments offered by Cortex Helix Field Limited: workshops, classes, private chart reviews, and lab blocks described on this site.

Eligibility

Refund requests must be sent to info@cortex-helixfield.click with your full name, lesson title, and confirmed dates. We respond within five business days.

Timeframe and amounts

• Full refund — cancellation received at least fourteen days before the first scheduled session, minus any non-refundable deposit if one was stated on your confirmation.
• Partial refund (50% of fees paid) — cancellation between thirteen and seven days before the first session.
• No refund — cancellation within six days of the first session, no-shows, or departure after a session has begun.

Deposits

Deposits that hold Intensive or Lab seats are non-refundable within fourteen days of the first session unless we cancel the block.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least seven days before the session, subject to available seats. Further reschedules may incur an administrative fee of HK$300.

Private Chart Reviews

Reviews cancelled with at least forty-eight hours’ notice may be rescheduled once at no charge. Cancellations inside forty-eight hours or missed appointments are charged in full.

Work already started and materials

Once a multi-evening Intensive or Lab block has begun, unused evenings are not refundable. Printed worksheets and templates already issued remain yours; their cost is not itemised for return.

When we cancel

If Cortex Helix Field cancels a lesson, you may choose a full refund of fees paid for that lesson or a transfer to a later date.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank processing times may add several days.

Exceptions

Serious documented medical emergencies may be considered for goodwill credit toward a future seat at our discretion.
